Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities
  • Processing of loan applications
  • Interviewing and screening potential borrowers in person and via telephone
  • Following up on pending applications
  • Following up on delinquent accounts
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): dynamic outgoing person with positive attitude., Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
