Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities
- Processing of loan applications
- Interviewing and screening potential borrowers in person and via telephone
- Following up on pending applications
- Following up on delinquent accounts
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): dynamic outgoing person with positive attitude., Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
